I’m so proud of you! Strong women, may we know them, be them and raise them 💎

Both very important bills! Always happy to see legislation that protects and affirms life!

You are doing great work, thanks for your dedication to the agriculture community.

Hopefully they'll some day make it less expensive.

Love hearing about what you doing in Montgomery!

Congratulations

Congratulations!!!

Fantastic!

On the first day of session, members are allowed to have family members on the floor. Glad my parents, sister and cousins were able to share this experience! We had a short meeting, then reconvened later this evening. Governor Ivey called us into special session. We start that special session tomorrow to determine how the ARPA funds will be spent. ... This week I was able to attend the Alabama Education Association’s Educational symposium in Birmingham, welcome Belforest School children to the capital and welcome the Alabama Forestry Association to Point Clear.
One of the presentations in Point Clear was from ALEC, Legislative Exchange Council whose principles Are Simplicity, Transparency, Neutrality, Predictably and Pro-growth.
Pictured below are states with highest number of people migrating out and with the highest number of people migrating in their state.
Also, Senator Orr went over 2022 tax cuts the legislature passed.
Proud we are able to consider additional tax cuts this next session.

BLessing of the floats and parade at the OOMM barn yesterday. OOMM rolls Monday night through Fairhope, 6:45 pm. This is the last parade on the Eastern Shore. If you miss it, You will need to visit Gulf Shores or Mobile to catch others on Tuesday.
The rest of Alabama may not realize that Mobile comes to a halt for Monday and Fat Tuesday, Baldwin County gives all their employees Fat Tuesday off, and Mobile and Baldwin County schools are off for the week. It’s a boom to the economy, brings the community together for good times, laughter and is an integral part of the culture and heritage of our communities.
Happy Mardi Gras!
